I am an Assistant Professor in the Computer Science and Engineering Group, at the Indian Institute of Information Technology Sri City (IIITS), Andhra Pradesh, India. Prior to join IIITS, I worked as a Post-Doctoral Research Fellow in the Parallel Computing and Optimisation Group, University of Luxembourg. I completed my Ph.D. at Advanced Technology Development Centre, IIT Kharagpur, under the guidance of Prof. Sudip Misra, in the Smart Wireless Applications and Networking Lab., Department of Computer Science and Engineering. My research area is IoT with a special focus on Sensor-Cloud. I served as Senior Research Fellow of Council of Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR), Govt. of India from May 2017. Prior to my Ph.D., I completed my MS (by Research) from the School of Information Technology, IIT Kharagpur, under the same supervisor. I completed my B. Tech in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT). After completion of my B. Tech, I worked as a "Network Engineer" in IntecInfonet, New Delhi. I am also co-founder and director of SensorDrops Networks Pvt. Ltd.
